
Hello dear ones, I wanted to touch on observing as part of mindfulness. We can easily be on auto pilot so taking a moment to slow down and pause and just observe is very grounding. This can include checking in with yourself to see how you feel physically/ emotionally/ mentally. This can also include noticing what is going on around you. Ask yourself- what can I see - hear - feel- smell- taste right now- observe the senses- the mind will clear and nervous system will ease. Observing simple things in the moment will make you feel present, connected, and likely a sense of awe for this moment of life, and gratitude that you did not miss it!
